Key responsibilities
- Reaching out directly to existing clients via phone to present complementary tech products and premium service options.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions that genuinely improve their overall experience.
- Actively driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives across the company's tech product catalog.
- Maintaining positive, professional communication with German-speaking clients while meeting sales targets.
Requirements
- Exceptional German skills (C2 level mandatory) to communicate effectively with clients.
- At least 12 months of relevant work experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer account management.
- Intermediate IT and office skills to manage client details and navigate company software efficiently.
- High motivation,
strong negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- No specific academic degree is required, as your sales talent and language proficiency matter most.
What you can expect
- A stable, permanent contract starting on July 20, 2026.
- Convenient part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- A transparent compensation structure with a gross monthly salary of €1,399 (paid in 12 annual payments) plus extra performance-based sales commissions.
