- Processing, managing, and accurately calculating monthly staff payrolls
- Carrying out essential administrative accounting tasks associated with personnel management
To succeed in this role,
you must meet specific academic and technical requirements. We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- A completed University Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Labour Relations (Relaciones Laborales)
- Practical knowledge and background in staff onboarding, offboarding, and core HR administrative routines

- Advanced proficiency in standard office automation software (ofimática) and SAP software
- A valid driver's license
