To reinforce our team, we are seeking a dedicated full-time Medical Assistant to join us in Llucmajor immediately.

In our small and committed team, all employees work across departments. You will receive thorough onboarding and be deployed both at the reception counter and in the clinical lab area.

Your main tasks include:

- Welcoming and attending to patients at the reception desk
- Managing appointments and handling patient communication
- Preparing and accompanying internal medicine check-up examinations
- Conducting professional blood draws (a confident blood collection technique is essential)
- Organizing and coordinating the laboratory area




- Preparing and following up on diagnostic procedures
- Handling administrative duties, medical documentation, and acting as a float between reception and lab during holiday or sick leaves

What you bring:

- Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant
- Proven skills and confidence in blood sampling
- Strong organizational talent with a structured and independent working style
- High service orientation, ensuring patients feel safe, welcome, and well cared for
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor paired with flexibility and strong team spirit
- Good computer skills and an open mindset toward modern digital workflows and the use of AI
- Primary residence on Mallorca
- Fluent language skills in German, Spanish, and English (all required)
- Previous work experience in an internal medicine practice is an advantage

Working hours and details:

This is a full-time position. Regular working hours are scheduled between 08:30 and 16:30. Given our small team structure, flexibility to cover for team members during holidays or illness is highly valued.
