A specialized pool construction company based in Palma is seeking a dedicated Pool Technician / Plumber to join their team on a permanent basis. In this full-time role, you will take charge of installing, maintaining, and repairing essential hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems for swimming pools across the area. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Installing and repairing complete hydraulic systems, filtration units, pumps, valves, and water purification setups.
- Assembling and commissioning special pool equipment, including counter-current swimming systems and accessibility lifts for people with reduced mobility.
- Installing and maintaining electrical distribution panels, underwater lighting, pumps, and automated pool control systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical breakdowns efficiently.
- Managing water quality control,



including chemical handling and automated dosing system calibration.

What you need to succeed:

- At least 24 months (2 years) of practical experience in pool maintenance, hydraulics, or plumbing.
- A valid Class B driving license to travel between work locations.
- Solid diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and water treatment equipment.
- A practical, self-motivated mindset suitable for a full-time 8-hour workday.
- No specific formal academic degree required - your hands-on technical experience is what matters most.

What is offered:

- A permanent full-time contract (contrato indefinido) with an 8-hour daily schedule.
- An attractive gross annual salary of €28,000.
