Integral Enterprise Partners is supporting a major fashion client in Madrid and looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital and omnichannel initiatives within a fast-paced international retail environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in enhancing digital customer journeys and driving the evolution of the company's eCommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

- Lead technology initiatives that improve customer engagement across digital and retail channels.
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring successful project execution.
- Drive planning, delivery, and adoption of business-critical digital solutions within a complex international environment.
- Support the evolution of customer-facing platforms and connected business systems.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency,



and leverage emerging technologies.
- Provide visibility to stakeholders through effective reporting, risk management, and governance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing technology projects in digital, eCommerce, omnichannel, or customer-centric environments.
- Strong understanding of how digital platforms connect with broader business functions and customer journeys.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project execution.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale digital platforms and third-party technology partners.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
