We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Spanish Payroll for a full-time position. The role includes providing configuration support during the project’s implementation phase, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering ongoing support for the SAP HCM environment after go-live.

Your Responsibilitie

Implementation & Testing

- Configure SAP HCM PY module with a focus on Spanish Payrol
- lTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
- .Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and payroll regulations
- .Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll processes
- .Preparing documentation, test scenarios, and supporting UAT

.Service Delivery & Support

- Provide support for a newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments
- .Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions
- .Manage change requests and enhancements in line with customer needs
