Amazon Spain is seeking an ICQA Area Manager to lead the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team within a busy fulfillment center. You will supervise hourly Associates, coordinate inventory control and quality assurance, and drive continuous improvements to protect inventory integrity and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will manage shift planning, coach talent, and partner with operations and central teams to uphold safety, policies, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
