About the Role
As the Assistant Store Business Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Business Manager to lead,
coach and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, leading from the front on the shop floor, developing your team, and ensuring the store consistently exceeds sales and service expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Store Business Manager in leading and motivating a high-performing team.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through premium styling and personalised service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs.
- Coach, develop and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Manage stock, inventory and operational processes efficiently.
