Join us on our journey: To support this mission, we are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager – Offtake Origination based in Madrid, Spain. If you take initiative, adapt quickly, and own outcomes, we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you will be a main point of contact for leads, prospects, and customers in Iberia. From initial discussions to deal signing and go-live, you will guide customers through the full commercial journey, working closely with both our local Commercial team and integral Offtake team to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Location: Madrid, Spain
- Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
- Salary: 60-75k Euro, depending on experience and qualifications + 20-30% variable bonus
- Working Mode: Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Europe and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)
- Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish and English proficiency (C1 level both)

Your Responsibilities




- Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and first contact through negotiation and contract signing - translating customer needs into clear proposals in collaboration Product and Technical teams.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Operations team and a successful go-live for every customer.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the fast-evolving storage market while ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Build and manage a pipeline of commercial partners — IPPs, utilities and offtakers – that can provide compelling revenue structures to Entrix’s Customers improving bankability prospects.
- Manage the local relationship with commercial partners in close collaboration with the central function - serve as the go-to point of contact between the local team and the global offtake and partnerships team
- Source, develop and support on closing offtake contracts between BESS owners and counterparties
- Represent Entrix at conferences and industry event
