This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Solutions and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will be doing
- Lead the delivery of new powertrain development projects, ensuring Quality, Cost and Timing (QCT/QCD) objectives.




- Support business development activities and act as the engineering interface with new customers.
- Manage project quotations, feasibility assessments and technical/economic scoping.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive project convergence across all functions.
- Lead and develop Project Leaders within the team, providing direction and governance.
- Monitor project risks, opportunities, budgets, investments and supplier performance.
- Ensure achievement of project milestones, deliverables, regulatory compliance and product safety requirements.
- Drive innovation initiatives, technology roadmaps and collaboration with suppliers, universities, start-ups and research partners.

What we’re looking for
- A proven track record in powertrain development and automotive project management, including leadership of complex new product development programs.
