Languages:

Dutch (professional proficiency – required), English (fluent – required). Any additional language is a plus.

- Dutch (professional proficiency minimum) & fluent English
- First experience in sales/recruiting, business, and building relationships
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

Your responsibilities:

- Recruiting Tech and Sales professionals for the Dutch or Benelux market
- Active sourcing and qualifying IT talent
- Building and developing your own client portfolio (Netherlands/Benelux)
- Winning new clients through calls, emails, and networking




- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Building a strong network of candidates and clients
- Successfully matching candidates with clients

Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant:

€23,000 to €30,000, including a base salary (€23,000) and projected first-year commission. Earnings are uncapped and can vary depending on performance.

Recruitment Consultant:

€25,000 to €38,000, including a base salary (€25,000) and projected first-year commission. Earnings are uncapped and can vary depending on performance.
