Overview

A Customer Service Representative role in Barcelona to support customers via phone, email and other channels. Join Concentrix to provide high‑quality service and contribute to client success.

Responsibilities

- Take incoming customer calls (telephone, email, voicemail, pager and other automated alerts) and resolve user demands.
- Log call details onto call‑management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise related to applications specific to individual customers.
- Escalate potential service issues to Mentor as needed.

Qualifications

- Bilingual or proficient in English.
- Working knowledge of IT platform, equipment and applications: Windows, MS Office, internet configuration.
- Positive disposition and customer‑service mindset.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customers' needs.




- Ability to take ownership and progress calls to resolution or escalation as appropriate.
