You will provide technical customer support for a leading company in the renewable energy sector. Supporting Italian- and English-speaking customers, you’ll assist with photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar inverters, modules, monitoring & control systems, storage solutions, and e-mobility technologies.

Your role will be key in helping customers understand, troubleshoot, and optimize their renewable energy systems.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical customer support for customers in Italian and English.
- Assist with PV systems, solar inverters, modules, monitoring & control systems, storage solutions, and e-mobility technologies.
- Help customers understand, troubleshoot, and optimize their renewable energy systems.

Qualifications

- C2 level of Italian
- Advanced English (C1–B2)
- Residence in Barcelona or willingness to relocate
- Technical associate degree or equivalent combination of education required
- Higher Electric Technical Vocational Certificate/Diploma (or comparable experience) is a plus
- Basic understanding of mathematical concepts and graphical data representation




- Strong interest in PV/solar technology, systems, standards, and regulatory requirements
- No previous customer service experience required — technical knowledge and motivation are what matter most!

Contract & Benefits

- Permanent contract (39 hours/week, 2-month probation period)
- Salary up to €25,000 gross per year
- 5 weeks of fully paid training (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
