ZICTT Business Specialist Internship

We are looking for an experienced Business Specialist Intern to join our Zurich Technology Delivery Center (TDC) in Barcelona. The role involves supporting internal controls testing, risk analysis and operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute internal controls testing activities for the reporting units assigned.
- Support the Senior in analyzing the financial reporting risks completion and appropriateness.
- Test sensitive controls with highly confidential evidence.
- Support the ICFR Testing Team in ad‑hoc ICFR/CECS/ICIF testing related tasks and projects.
- Complete deliverables in a timely and accurate manner as assigned by the ICFR/CECS/ICIF Testing Senior or Manager.
- Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
- Enhance your own skills with real‑world experience.
- Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity.

Qualifications

- Active student status with a Spanish university/school.
- Available for at least a 6‑month part‑time/internship program.
- Available to start in September.
- Student in LaDE or Economics within a Spanish university/school.
- Enthusiastic, capable, curious, and eager to learn.




- Good team player with a responsible and can‑do attitude.
- Basic knowledge of audit and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial record management.
- Interest in learning about internal audits and risk management processes.
