Overview
Join Mondelēz International as a Legal Intern. You will support the Legal Department with advertising matters, compliance, intellectual property, data protection, training, and corporate documents. Location: Madrid, Spain; Beginning: June 2026; Duration: 6 months + 6 months; Internship in English.
Responsibilities
- Assistance in advising the company on advertising matters for all types of promotions.
- Assistance with the Criminal Risk Prevention Model and general compliance matters.
- Coordination and management of matters related to intellectual property.
- Coordination and management of matters related to data protection.
- Preparation and delivery of all types of training for the company.
- Management and preparation of corporate documents (minutes, certifications, etc.).
- Coordination of procedures for signing before a notary and with public registries: notarial certification of corporate agreements and contracts, granting and revocation of powers of attorney, etc.
You might be the one we are looking for if
- You are a student/recent graduate of Law or equivalent; ideally Master’s in legal practice.
- You have completed an internship, ideally in FMCG sector.
- You are efficient and autonomous.
- You have a vocation for law.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English.

Selection process will be in English. We are certified by Happy Trainees among Western European interns.
