ServiceNow Business Analyst Intern - ServiZurich

Responsibilities

- Work and collaborate on exciting global ServiceNow projects
- Assess, define and document functional business requirements
- Develop and deploy innovative tech solutions based on our integral ServiceNow platform
- Work alongside experts in various functional & technological domains
- Enhance your skills with real-world experience in IT Operations, ServiceMgmt, GenAI, AgenticAI, etc.
- Contribute to a global team that values your input and creativity

Required Qualifications

- Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory
- Interest in the Insurtech world
- Availability for at least a 6‑month part‑time internship program
- Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn
- Good team player with a responsible, can‑do attitude
