Experteer Overview
As Global Digital Service Solutions Lead, you shape and accelerate Hitachi Energy’s digital services strategy across the Service Business. You will develop and scale AI-enabled, IoT-driven offerings and digital twins to transform service models into predictive, outcome-based solutions. You’ll work across Hitachi Energy and the Hitachi Group to drive growth, partnerships, and commercialization of next-generation digital services. The role combines strategy, product development, and global execution with high visibility and impact.

• Define and execute the global strategy for digital services, connected solutions and advanced technologies across the Service Business
• Develop and manage a portfolio of scalable digital solutions that create customer value and accelerate growth
• Drive commercialization and expansion of AI-powered service offerings, including the HMAX Energy portfolio
• Lead the transition to predictive, data-driven, outcome-based service solutions
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and emerging technology trends to shape future service offerings
• Establish and execute the Service IoT strategy for connected assets, analytics and insights
• Develop commercial models, value propositions and go-to-market strategies for profitable global adoption
• Drive the introduction and scaling of robotics, digital twins, advanced analytics and immersive experiences
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, marketing and service teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Foster innovation through strategic partnerships within Hitachi Energy and the broader Hitachi Group
• Lead,



coach and inspire teams and stakeholders in a integral matrix environment
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership influencing strategic decisions and driving transformational change

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or related discipline
• Extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes in energy, industrial, infrastructure, automation or technology-focused organisations
• Proven track record developing, commercialising and scaling digital products, platforms or service solutions globally
• Deep expertise in digital services, Industrial IoT, AI, advanced analytics and connected asset technologies
• Experience in energy, industrial manufacturing, automation, utilities or asset-intensive industries
• Strong understanding of service business models, field service operations and installed base management
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives in complex global matrix organisations
• Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases and growth strategies
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into compelling business outcomes
• Passion for innovation and customer-centric solutions
