As Project Manager - Release and Enablement, you orchestrate product release cycles and enablement initiatives within Product Operations. You’ll align product, engineering, services, and marketing to keep releases on track while scaling learning content and certification programs. You serve as the operational backbone, ensuring timely communications and accurate publishment of learning assets across editions and streams. You drive data-informed release health insights and risk mitigation to support a high-velocity, high-quality product portfolio. This role offers a tangible impact on how Nexthink delivers proactive, scalable digital employee experiences.

• Maintain release timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations across the product portfolio with variance tracking
• Ensure data integrity in information systems and complete release plans
• Produce regular stakeholder updates via dashboards, charts, and presentations
• Monitor progress, flag risks and issues early, and coordinate across teams
• Manage documentation and stakeholder communications throughout the SDLC
• Oversee dashboards for learner engagement, content feedback, completion metrics, and KPIs
• Coordinate release-related communications and ensure consistent messaging across learning, docs, and customer communications
• Act as central point for learning, docs, and project support requests and manage tickets




• Administer LMS and certification platforms and publish new training content
• Coordinate localization, updates, and governance of learning assets and portal pages
• Manage user access, permissions, and integrations with external vendors
• Support platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure platform configuration changes are reviewed and aligned with governance

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in project management, PMO, or learning coordination in software/SaaS or tech environments
• Proven experience managing release schedules, dependencies, and risk with proactive escalation
• Knowledge of SDLC and release management within it, or learning/education project management experience
• Proficiency with Jira and Aha for project tracking
• Experience with Power BI and Excel for dashboards and KPIs
• LMS and certification system administration, including configurations and integrations
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing/support systems
• Strong English writing and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external vendors
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and documentation is a plus
