Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and adapt digital assets for global brands, collaborating with copywriters, art directors, and producers to deliver high-quality visuals across multiple channels. You’ll help translate brand identity into engaging digital concepts while ensuring feasibility and consistency. You will refine layouts and retouch visuals, supporting quick turnarounds in a cross-functional team. This position sits at the intersection of creativity and production, shaping consumer experiences across touchpoints.

• Create and adapt designs for digital formats (key visuals, static ads, newsletters, landing pages, banners, shopper assets)
• Review and refine layouts, visuals, and copy for production-ready final artwork
• Apply solid graphic and digital design principles to ensure cross-touchpoint consistency
• Develop digital concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
• Perform photo retouching and visual adjustments
• Collaborate with content, UX, and development teams to ensure feasible, high-quality designs

Responsabilidades




• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or related field or 3–4 years experience
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Ability to work under short-turnaround deadlines
• Understanding of digital platforms and formats (key visuals, OOH, shopper assets, emails, banners, responsive web design)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• English proficiency (advanced) and willingness to learn
• Figma experience (valued)
• Experience with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly (preferred)
• Experience working with general brands (preferred)
