Experteer Overview
As a Regional Medical Science Liaison, you will be the field-based medical authority connecting with healthcare professionals, investigators, and patient groups. You will deliver medical education, gather scientific insights, and provide data on licensed and permitted products within local regulations. You’ll support investigator meetings, advisory boards, and cross-country activities while upholding high ethical standards. Your work will influence medical strategy and foster collaborations with KOLs to advance clinical research and education. This role offers the opportunity to shape science across cardiometabolic and rare disease areas at a global, yet regionally adaptable level.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build and maintain deep expertise in cardiometabolic diseases and rare diseases (e.g., FCS, SHTG) and maintain product and competitor knowledge
• Understand and execute medical and broader business strategy to ensure coordinated activities
• Act as external scientific expert at field meetings, conferences, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and patient advocacy forums




• Facilitate investigator engagement for client trials and investigator-sponsored studies; address enrolment barriers for pipeline assets
• Ensure compliance with ethics and safety standards and local regulations
• Develop and strengthen relationships with KOLs to expand research, advisory, and education partnerships
• Provide medical training to Key Account Management on scientific topics
• Communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including affiliate staff and leadership

Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
• Demonstrable MSL experience with cardiometabolic or rare disease focus preferred; endocrinology or lipidology background also relevant
• Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in cardiology
• Understanding of trial design, study analysis, and HEOR concepts
• Ability to build trust and integrity with KOLs, investigators, HCPs and institutions, plus peers
• Strong communication skills tailored to audience level and regional/general Medical Affairs leadership
• Awareness of Health Authorities in the region; advantageous to have such knowledge
