In this role you will lead and scale content production and adaptation across international markets, building compliant, omnichannel experiences. You will drive data-driven supply chains, modular content, and AI-enabled innovation, partnering with local and international teams to accelerate impact. You’ll shape teams, cultivate talent, and serve as a strategic bridge between markets and International marketing. Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Content Management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 15 years of multifunctional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience across local market and above-country marketing and commercial functions
• Demonstrated direct leadership experience leading large organizations and developing high-performing teams
• Proven track record in strategic marketing, execution excellence, and large-scale business transformation
• Deep understanding of content production, content supply chains, omnichannel engagement, content adaptation, and modular content strategies
• Experience driving digital innovation, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities within complex global matrix organizations
