Experteer Overview
As Flowserve’s Supply Chain Program Lead, Systems u0026amp; Data, you will govern and optimize core supply chain systems and master data to enable standardized, scalable operations across procurement, planning, inventory, manufacturing support, logistics and fulfillment. You will bridge supply chain, IT, finance and data stakeholders to improve system effectiveness, data accuracy, and decision support. You’ll drive governance models, controls and KPIs to reduce costs and enhance service, while enabling data-driven improvements across sites.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the support, enhancement, and optimization of supply chain systems and related applications, including roadmap planning, testing, implementation, deployment, user training, change management, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions
• Manage system roadmaps, enhancement priorities, and release planning for supply chain applications
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions and process improvements
• Support reporting, dashboard development,



and visibility tools for supply chain operations
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of supply chain and master data across systems through governance controls and validation rules
• Lead data quality improvement efforts via audits, KPI tracking, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
• Maintain aligned master data structures, business rules, and controls to support planning, procurement, inventory management, and reporting

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 6-10+ years of experience in supply chain systems, process improvement, master data management, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, inventory, logistics and operations support
• Strong IT and systems knowledge (Office, SharePoint, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Power Apps)
• Experience with master data governance, data quality controls, and process standardization
• Ability to translate business requirements into system and process solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
