Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as a trusted business partner to support Hilti’s operations across Spain and Portugal, advising on commercial, contractual, project and compliance matters for customers, suppliers and partners in construction and related sectors. You will contribute to regional and integral legal initiatives while handling both routine operations and complex strategic projects. You will guide on major customer projects, digital construction solutions and BIM initiatives, translating legal concepts into practical business guidance. Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of relevant experience in-house or in a law firm
• Qualified lawyer with strong expertise in commercial law
• Experience in a B2B environment serving construction, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing or large projects
• Experience reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements and project contracts
• Knowledge of tendering/public procurement, GDPR, competition law and compliance fundamentals
• Experience with contract negotiation, risk assessment and large/complex customer projects
