Experteer Overview
As a Utilities Engineer in our Europe Design Center, you will shape major linear infrastructure projects by leading BIM and digital engineering efforts. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver 3D models, clash-free coordination, and data-rich deliverables that meet client standards. Your work drives efficient project delivery across rail, highways, utilities and multi-discipline programs, contributing to a safer, more connected infrastructure network. This role offers integral collaboration, technical leadership, and the opportunity to advance digital delivery across complex projects.

• Provide technical leadership in BIM and Digital Engineering workflows across multidisciplinary project teams
• Lead production, integration and QA of 3D models and digital deliverables for infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, stakeholders and delivery teams to meet project requirements and BIM standards
• Solve complex design, modelling and coordination challenges across multiple software platforms
• Support BIM coordination activities, clash detection,



model integration and digital asset information management
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate data management and improve digital delivery processes
• Prepare and review project deliverables and mentor less experienced team members

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced experience with BIM, Digital Engineering and 3D modelling tools
• Experience delivering and coordinating transportation, utilities, land development or linear infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination and digital project delivery
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline (preferred)
