Experteer Overview
As Country Manager Spain – Seafood, you will lead the growth of the seafood division across Spain within an established international food group. You will drive sales, build key distributor and national accounts, and shape the commercial strategy with autonomy and visibility. You’ll work with senior leadership to expand market presence, manage partnerships, and align supply with demand while representing the company at industry events. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, market-facing environment and wants to directly influence business growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop the seafood business across Spain
• Grow national wholesale distributor accounts
• Identify and secure new seafood customers and partners
• Build relationships with wholesalers and seafood specialists
• Lead commercial negotiations and annual agreements
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Coordinate with supply chain and sourcing to ensure product availability
• Support demand planning and forecasting




• Represent the company at seafood trade fairs and events
• Contribute to the future development of the Spanish commercial structure

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in seafood sales, distribution, foodservice, or FMCG
• Experience selling to wholesale distributors and seafood specialists
• Strong understanding of the Spanish seafood market
• Proven track record in business development and commercial growth
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities
• Ability to work independently across a national territory
• Native-level Spanish and professional English
• Willingness to travel regularly across Spain
• Previous management experience is beneficial but not essential
