Experteer Overview
In this role you drive procurement excellence across Alstom’s Spain operations, aligning with the company’s mission to enable greener and smarter mobility. You will lead a local procurement team, ensure processes and governance are followed, and support tender activities with sound commodity strategies. You monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvements to meet QCD targets. You collaborate across functions to improve efficiency, ethics, and project delivery, making a visible impact on large-scale mobility projects.

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Business or a related field
• At least 5 years of procurement experience
• At least 2 years of experience managing multicultural teams
• Fluent English with an international mindset
• Strong negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence concepts
• Project management capabilities and understanding of industrial environments, quality, supply chain and finance
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to coach and develop others
