In this role you will lead enterprise-scale Azure cloud transformations, turning architecture into secure, scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Operations to modernize infrastructure and establish best practices across a global environment. The position offers influence over DuPont’s cloud ecosystem and exposure to cutting-edge Azure technologies. You will shape platform capabilities and promote automation to accelerate innovation with confidence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Implement Azure landing zones, reference architectures, governance standards, and reusable engineering patterns.
• Partner with Cloud Architects/Operations to ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
• Translate business, security, and technical requirements into high-quality cloud solutions.
• Design and engineer enterprise Azure services for global workloads.
• Develop secure, cloud-native and hybrid platforms that accelerate modernization and adoption.
• Enhance platform capabilities across networking, identity, security, storage, compute, containers, and application services.
• Create reusable IaC solutions using Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop self-service capabilities, service catalogs, standardized templates, and golden-path deployment experiences.
• Drive automation to increase speed, reduce manual effort, and improve governance.




• Implement secure-by-design solutions aligned with Azure best practices and Zero Trust principles.
• Build observability with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, dashboards, alerting, and automation.
• Improve cloud efficiency, cost transparency, and FinOps outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years in cloud/infrastructure/platform engineering, DevOps, or related roles
• 5+ years designing and delivering Azure solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Azure infrastructure, networking, security, identity, compute, storage, monitoring, and governance
• Deep experience with IaC, automation, and CI/CD using Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, GitHub
• Proven ability to implement secure cloud solutions using Azure Policy, Entra ID, Defender, Key Vault, RBAC/PIM, and compliance controls
• Experience supporting production environments, reliability engineering, troubleshooting, and service transition
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with hybrid cloud, Azure Arc, and cloud migration initiatives
