Glovo is part of the Delivery Hero Group, a local delivery platform operating in around 65 countries worldwide. The company provides fast and convenient delivery experiences through its mobile app and website.

Задачи:

- Shape the user experience and visual language of the mobile app and website
- Translate design goals and product requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Partner with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and help elevate design quality across the team
- Contribute to and effectively use the Design System
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to identify, prioritize, plan, and execute high-impact user experiences
- Own and facilitate the entire design process from hypothesis to implementation
- Interpret complex requirements and insights
- Facilitate collaborative workshops and use frameworks to create concepts and prototypes
- Test concepts and prototypes with end users
- Develop design standards, documentation, and processes
- Identify opportunities to increase the value of UX across the team and organization.

Требования:

- 5+ Years of experience in Product Design within a product-focused environment
- Significant experience with Lean UX and Agile methodologies




- Portfolio demonstrating design experience, breadth and depth of skills, and case studies covering challenges, methods, roles, and outcomes
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative data and when to use each
- Collaborative, people-focused, and iterative design approach
- Communication skills for facilitating the design process, establishing frameworks, brainstorming concepts, and explaining design decisions
- Strong understanding of user experience and interaction principles for mobile and desktop environments
- Self-driven approach with a commitment to feedback, critique, and continuous learning
- Solid skills with Figma and other prototyping tools
- Experience building and scaling hybrid component libraries and Design Systems across teams
- Nice to have: experience working in Product organizations in fast-paced environments.
