Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee and optimise the EMEA employee benefits portfolio to support attraction, retention and wellbeing across multiple countries. You will collaborate with global and regional reward teams, HR, Legal and external providers to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and engaging benefits. You will drive process improvements, governance, and clear employee communications while enhancing the overall employee experience. The role combines benefits governance with broader HR initiatives, contributing to regional transformation and harmonisation where appropriate.

• Maintain and govern the EMEA benefits portfolio aligned to general strategy
• Oversee multi-country benefits administration (pensions, healthcare, risk, flexible benefits) with local HR support
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, data privacy, and employment requirements
• Support market benchmarking and provide practical recommendations for competitiveness
• Manage relationships with insurers, brokers, pension providers and other vendors
• Support renewals and invoicing processes with Finance
• Drive process standardisation and governance of benefits and related HR workflows
• Develop clear,



engaging communication and ensure accessible benefit information for employees
• Maintain accurate benefits data, reporting and audits
• Assist in Mu0026A due diligence, integration planning and harmonisation of benefits
• Support local and regional reward projects and policy updates
• Provide guidance on employee lifecycle matters and HR processes to improve experience

Responsabilidades
• Experience with employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries
• Knowledge of pensions, healthcare and risk benefits
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, multi-country organisation
• Understanding of benefits governance, compliance, renewals, vendor management and communications
• Ability to interpret local legislative and market requirements into operational actions
• Experience with renewals, implementing new benefits and changes to benefits
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with HR systems and benefits platforms
• Experience improving processes, governance, documentation and self-service for employees
• Exposure to Mu0026A, benefits harmonisation or regional HR transformation (advantageous)
