Experteer Overview
In this role you drive sourcing governance and procurement efficiency within ITTF Iberia, aligning with Group Sourcing rules and risk management. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor requests, validate compliance, and support decision-making through reporting. You will contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and ensure audit readiness. This position offers a chance to shape sourcing operations in a multi-stakeholder, dynamic environment.

• Monitor BAU purchase request validation and process quality
• Perform provider selection, compliance, risk, and budget checks
• Support stakeholders through urgent or strategic purchases
• Mitigate risks and manage crisis responses (e.g., outage avoidance)
• Ensure contract follow-up and governance alignment
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate sourcing rules




• Ensure compliance with Group Sourcing policies and manage derogations (GAG/Direct agreements)
• Produce KPIs and dashboards for CIO reporting and committee preparation
• Drive process redesign and continuous improvement of procurement workflows
• Archive evidence for audit readiness and support governance updates

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or IT governance environments (preferred)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
