As Regional Commercial Manager, Western Europe, you lead profitable growth across Life Sciences u0026amp; Specialties markets in the region. You translate regional strategy into executable commercial plans, owning revenue, margin, and pipeline performance while guiding cross-functional teams. You will drive demand generation, manage channel and KAM performance, and ensure timely forecasting and risk management. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on pipeline execution to accelerate growth in Western Europe.

• Own regional revenue, margin, and pipeline targets across technologies and strategic accounts
• Drive demand generation, white-space capture, and conversion of qualified opportunities into revenue
• Lead the KAM team, set account strategy, and ensure pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
• Govern Salesforce.com pipeline with clear stages, ownership, and gap-closure plans
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Marketing, and Product Management to align plans and remove barriers
• Steer product/service mix, pricing,



and channel strategy to meet regional growth goals
• Run regional commercial cadence (pipeline huddles, reviews, demand reviews) and ensure timely execution of actions
• Develop senior-level relationships with end users, OEMs, distributors, and consultants to improve win probability
• Align with RMM on market needs and innovation launches, providing feedback for market opportunities
• Maintain data quality and disciplined CRM usage to support reliable forecasts and performance reviews

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong negotiation, prioritization, persuasion and interpersonal effectiveness
• CRM discipline and experience leading commercial teams in complex, project-based or technical markets
• Intra-EMEA travel up to 35%
• Financial acumen with focus on pricing, margin, forecast quality, and working capital
