From Winning Consulting, we are looking for Corporate FX Sales to join an important company in the financial services sector.

Location: Germany / Netherlands / Portugal / Spain

Working model: On site

Responsibilities

+ Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market.

+ Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging solutions.

+ Provide market updates and commercial insights to support client decision-making.

+ Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification.

+ Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality.

+ Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams.

+ Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions.

Requirements

+ Experience in FX Sales, Corporate Sales, Treasury Sales or similar B2B financial markets roles.

+ Previous experience in a bank,



FX broker, fintech, payments company or financial services.

+ Good understanding of FX products, international payments, hedging needs and corporate client requirements.

+ Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships.

+ Comfortable with proactive client development and phone-based commercial activity.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Fluent in Dutch + English.

Spanish not required.
