The Program Manager will oversee and manage engineering projects within the automotive sector, ensuring successful execution and delivery. Based in Euskadi, this permanent role focuses on coordinating technical teams and maintaining project timelines.

European industrial group dedicated to injection molding for automotive sector.
Description
Coordination and management of the project equipment from the beginning to the final audit
Coordinate the project between plants and Tech Centre
Define the concept of developed products
Control the possibilities and the quality of developed products
Knowledge customer specific requirements
Achievement and updating the economic cost of projects
Budget negotiation next to the Key Account
Product AMFE and take part at the process AMFE
Definition and coordination of the mould specifications
Follow up and control of moulds construction stages
Production of initial samples and tools optimization
Implementation of improvements with new ideas and new moulds
Fulfilment of the Gateways on time.
Project planning internal and external
Assure 5S in and out the computing network
Report to Director Program Manager
Profile
Technical or Higher Engineering degree
2 years' experience, in car industry desirable
Experience in plastic pieces (training will be provided if needed)
Fluent English and Customer language (written and spoken)
Experience in product design and map interpreting
Very good knowledge of calculations of parts, cycles and job streams (training will be provided if needed)
Knowledge of Coretools: AMFE, APQP
AMFEs follow up
Availability to travel
