As Team Lead, you guide engineering for enterprise content search and knowledge management, aligning capability development with the function’s vision. You empower your team to shape their career paths, remove blockers, and drive high-performance delivery with sustainable pacing.

You’ll lead technical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and the move toward managed services, enabling AI-driven search experiences. This role combines leadership with hands-on influence on a critical platform underpinning healthcare information access.

- Define and manage product/service roadmaps from a technical perspective, in collaboration with Product Manager
- Lead end-to-end feature delivery and ensure quality aligned with roadmaps

- Define success metrics, analyze capability trends, and drive process improvements
- Provide data-driven input for business cases and resource planning
- Oversee budget, headcount, and vendor contracts with financial responsibility

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor or advanced degree or Business or IT specification
- 5+ years of people leadership, product/service management, program management, or similar role with a track record of high-performing teams
- 2+ years experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
- Understanding of software development and/or service delivery methodologies
- Understanding of solution, information and process architecture
- Ability to clarify outcomes generated by teams
- Lean and agile mindset
- Leadership: servant and creative (VACC) style
- Executive presence, business acumen, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Ability to empower teams, foster autonomy, and accountability
- Intellectual curiosity and strong motivation for innovation
