In this role you will oversee month-end closing and audit processes for multiple entities, lead a 4–6 person accounting team, and ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies. You will supervise PtP, coordinate with regional and HQ finance teams, and drive process improvements and reconciliations to explain performance vs.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Oversee month-end closing and audits for Italy, Portugal, Spain and Poland; lead a 4–6 person accounting team
- Supervise the Purchase to Pay process during month-end closing across 22 Glovo countries
- Ensure timely disclosures for statutory financial statements and reports
- Harmonize PtP processes across Glovo group in collaboration with local accounting teams
- Review and approve reconciliations for PtP accounts, BS and Pu0026L
- Identify and implement PtP process improvements and ERP-related finance projects
- Provide ad hoc analysis to explain deviations of Pu0026L versus Business Plan
- Collaborate with Fin Ops to align accounting flow with business




- Adapt to changes in policy, tax regulations and legislation

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years of accounting experience in multinational environments
- Experience in people management
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Strong general ledger and month-end/year-end closing skills (accruals, provisions, AP, legal contingencies)
- Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics and One Stream is a plus
- ERP migration and project management experience are a plus
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in finance
