Hold self and others accountable for mutual professional expectations and plianceMaintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, ensuring quality and adherence to standards by using auditing and quality assurance approaches.Partner with department leaders of Center for Professional Excellence and Accreditation Services to improve staff performance, compliance and documentation.OperationsServe as point of contact and resource for daily operations,
