Innovation & TechnologyDesign and implement novel biocatalytic methodologies with direct application to scent molecule developmentDevelop experimental procedures, analyse and interpret data, and ensure accurate reporting and documentationConduct innovative research projects from early‐stage validation through to scale‐upExplore advancements in biotransformation and organic chemistry through literature and IP researchContribute to continuous improvement and innovation aligned with IFF strategyPrepare technical reports highlighting research outcomes and optimisation opportunitiesProject ManagementIndependently manage projects from concept to completionAct as project leader, delivering creative and scientifically sound solutionsDemonstrate strong prioritisation and time management across multiple initiativesCollaboration & LeadershipCollaborate cross‐functionally with chemists, biochemists and chemical engineersMentor junior scientists and trainees, fostering a culture of learning and collaborationDeliver training to technical teams and act as a local subject‐matter expert in biocatalysisWhat Makes You The Right FitPh D in Organic Chemistry, Bioorganic Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field3–5 years of experience in biocatalysis,
