About The Team The Portal team is embedded within the Life Sciences Product & Engineering Platform zone and owns the foundation of the Datavant Connect customer experience. In addition to delivering new functionality, the team ensures the reliability and performance of these services through monitoring, incident response, and operational excellence. As a platform team with significant customer-facing impact, Portal sits at the intersection of user experience, security, and developer enablement, enabling every customer interaction with the Connect platform.
About The Role The Product Manager for the Portal team is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform capabilities that power the Datavant Connect experience. Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through planning, execution, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.




Reduce ambiguity by making informed, data‐driven decisions, clearly communicating priorities, and aligning stakeholders around a shared direction.
Measure product success through customer outcomes, adoption, operational health, and business impact, using data to continuously improve the platform.
Diving into a project with little details doesn't scare you.
You are highly organized and have strong project management skills: others are confident in a project's outcome when they know you're owning it.
Your documentation leads to discussions about the content, not about what is intended.
You are a great communicator and have the confidence to lead planning meetings with anyone or any group within the company.
