In this role, you will help coordinate the implementation of cutting-edge digital systems used in clinical trials, working at the intersection of healthcare innovation and digital technology.

- Department: Digital Technology / Digital Clinical Solutions
- Level: Entry-level / 0–2 years of PM experience !
- Location: Global / Hybrid setup (Adaptable depending on regional hubs)

? Key Responsibilities

- Implementation Planning: Develop and maintain integrated implementation plans, milestone roadmaps, and dependency logs for assigned workstreams.
- System Execution: Coordinate requirements confirmation, configuration readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge the gap between clinical business needs and technical delivery teams, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- RAID Management: Track and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies to keep projects on track.




- Quality & Compliance: Operate with awareness of GxP, computer system validation (CSV/CSA), data integrity, and privacy requirements in a regulated environment.
- Governance & Reporting: Prepare status reports, decision logs, and steering committee materials to ensure transparency.

? What We Are Looking For

- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, clinical research, information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years of project management exposure (PM certifications like CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a strong plus). Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Foundational understanding of clinical trial processes, regulated IT systems, data privacy, and vendor management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet), alongside basic AI/Copilot literacy.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, clear communication, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a global matrix organization.
- Languages: Advanced working proficiency in English (French and/or Dutch are a bonus).
