AC Advisory is recruiting an experienced Freelance AI Coach / GenAI Adoption Expert for a strategic, long-term assignment with a leading financial institution in Brussels.

• End date: 31 December 2027

• Location: Brussels, Belgium

• Working arrangement: 60% onsite and 40% remote

About the assignment

Our client is looking for an AI Coach who can support the effective and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across business departments.

This is a highly business-facing position combining AI awareness, analytics, transformation, change management, facilitation and training.

You will act as an advisor, facilitator and coach, helping teams identify valuable AI opportunities, translate business needs into actionable use cases and adopt existing AI solutions effectively. You will also ensure that initiatives remain aligned with business priorities, governance requirements, risk frameworks and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

AI use cases and business value

• Review existing processes and working practices to identify opportunities for AI and automation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, assess and prioritise potential AI use cases

• Evaluate the feasibility, expected impact and business value of proposed solutions

• Support the design and implementation of proofs of concept and pilot initiatives

• Ensure alignment between AI initiatives, business priorities and governance requirements

AI adoption and change management

• Support employees in their day-to-day use of existing AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot





• Help teams achieve measurable adoption and productivity improvements

• Create practical guidance, best-practice materials and prompt libraries, particularly for HR-related use cases

• Act as the bridge between business teams, users and central AI departments

• Share successful use cases and promote a culture of responsible innovation

• Lead or support change-management initiatives related to AI adoption

Training and enablement

• Design and deliver engaging AI training, workshops and hands-on coaching sessions

• Raise awareness of AI and GenAI opportunities across business teams

• Explain technical concepts clearly and practically to non-technical audiences

• Help stakeholders understand the opportunities, limitations, risks and responsible use of AI

Required experience and knowledge

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in AI, analytics, digital transformation, change management or technology adoption

• Strong knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies, including LLMs, chatbots and predictive models

• Demonstrable experience with business-facing AI use cases and AI-powered productivity tools

• Relevant understanding or experience of AI applications within HR or people-related processes

• Experience leading digital transformation,



AI adoption or organisational change initiatives

• Strong facilitation, coaching, training and presentation skills

• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, risk management and ethical considerations

• Proven ability to engage, inspire and influence stakeholders at different levels of an organisation

• Ability to translate technical subjects into clear and actionable business language

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or another relevant academic and professional background combined with strong analytics knowledge

Language requirements

• Fluent English

• Fluent French with at least basic Dutch, or fluent Dutch with at least basic French

Practical requirements
