Business Controller | Industrial Services | Verrebroek, Belgium

We are partnering with a leading international industrial services organisation that is looking for a Business Controller to join their team in Verrebroek, Belgium.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the chance to make a real impact. You will act as the link between finance and operations, transforming financial data into insights that improve profitability, efficiency, and performance.

Your impact:

• Analyse business performance through revenue, margins, WIP, costs, forecasts, and operational KPIs

• Act as a trusted finance partner for project managers, operational leaders, and management teams

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews to drive better decision-making

• Develop clear reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI

• Investigate deviations, identify improvement opportunities, and challenge business performance

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities at project level

• Improve reporting processes, systems, and financial workflows

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field





• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, audit, or a strong analytical finance role

• Experience working closely with operational teams or project environments

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into business actions

• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus)

• Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is highly valued

• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
