Our client, a renowned healthcare Insurance provider across Belgium is looking for Cyber Security Project manager who support execution of the cybersecurity transformation program within Belgium.

The role will work closely with the Cybersecurity Transformation Lead, local and international stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of the transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Manage day-to-day execution of cybersecurity initiatives.

• Coordinate activities between

• Monitor milestones, timelines, budgets and dependencies.

• Ensure delivery risks are identified and managed proactively.

• Drive dependency management and escalation activities to remove blockers impacting project delivery.

• Implement delivery acceleration measures and recovery plans when projects are at risk of delay.

Governance & Reporting

• Prepare governance materials and steering committee updates.

• Maintain risks, issues and decisions logs.

• Track action plans and project performance indicators.

• Support regulatory and audit-related follow-up activities.

• Provide visibility on resource capacity,utilization, delivery constraints, and sourcing requirements through governance reporting.

• Present recommendations to management regarding prioritisation, resource optimisation, and external staffing requirements.

Resource & Budget Management

- Support resource planningand allocation.
- Monitor budget consumption and forecasts.




- Coordinate internal and external contributors.
- Own capacity planning activities across cybersecurity projects, ensuringoptimal allocation of internalresources and transparent forecasting of future needs.
- Identify skill shortages and coordinate the onboarding of external consultants, contractors, managed service providers, and specialized cybersecurity vendors.
- Support preparation of business cases and statements of work (SoW) for external delivery resources.

Coordination

Act as central coordination point between:

o Security teams

o Infrastructure teams

o Application teams

o External partners

o International stakeholders

Required Experience

- Proven experience managing cybersecurity or infrastructure programs.
- Experience in insurance, banking or regulatedenvironments.
- Strong projectgovernance, planning and reporting skills.
- Experience with multi-vendor and international delivery environments.
