As a Data Engineer within a Fintech company, you'll be responsible designing and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting next-generation AI applications. You'll work with modern cloud technologies in a collaborative engineering environment where innovation and continuous learning are encouraged.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Develop and optimize cloud-based data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data platforms.
- Integrate data from APIs, databases, SaaS applications, and streaming sources.
- Design reliable and scalable data models to support analytics and business intelligence.
- Implement best practices for data quality, governance, monitoring, and orchestration.
- Build and maintain robust data infrastructure that supports AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Contribute to cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Microsoft Fabric,
or similar modern data platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Apache Spark and modern data platform architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Kubernetes is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English.
