Export Specialist

? Interim contract (minimum 6 months)

? Salary range: €3500 - €4200 gross/month

Your Responsibilities

As an Export Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising export supply chain activities, with a particular focus on temperature-sensitive products.

• Managing the full Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely order execution.

• Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Coordinating export operations for medical products, including cold chain logistics activities.

• Ensuring the efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of temperature-sensitive goods.

• Preparing and reviewing export documentation while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.

• Identifying supply chain risks and implementing mitigation measures.

• Conducting root cause analyses to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitoring supply chain costs and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.

• Collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers,



logistics providers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders.

• Tracking operational KPIs and contributing to performance improvement projects.

Your Profile

? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

? 2–4 years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or Export Operations.

? Experience working within international export environments.

? Knowledge of export regulations, customs documentation, and Incoterms.

❄️ Experience with cold chain logistics is a plus.

?️ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Oracle.

? Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

?️ Fluent English required; French and Arabic are considered strong assets.
