We are looking for a Lithography Process Engineer to join an innovative high-tech R&D; environment, contributing to the development and optimization of advanced semiconductor lithography processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze lithography process experiments.
- Develop and optimize lithography processes for R&D; and production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as equipment and material suppliers.
- Analyze process data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Document processes and support technology transfer to production.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Knowledge of lithography, CD metrology, and overlay metrology is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Laboratory experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
Location
- Full-time, hybrid role with approximately 3 days per week on-site.
- Initial 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension.
