Position: Customer Experience SpecialistLocation: Remote, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage customer interactions through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, or CRM systems), ensuring timely and accurate responsesProcess customer orders, quotations, and inquiries accurately using designated company systems (e.g., ERP or CRM tools)Provide product information and basic technical support to assist customers in identifying appropriate products or services for their needsTrack and communicate order status, including delivery schedules, updates, and any delays, to maintain transparency and trust with customersCollaborate with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and technical support to resolve customer issues efficientlyMaintain up-to-date and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and service requestsFollow established service standards, procedures, and escalation protocols to ensure quality and consistencyIdentify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, operational processes, and overall service delivery.REQUIREMENTS:Native / fluent inFlemish, both verbal and written.



Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or vocational training in business, communication, or a related field is an advantageProven experience in customer service, or a similar client-facing roleProficiency in customer management systems (e.g., CRM platforms) and familiarity with enterprise software (such as SAP or similar systems)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approachAbility to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressureBasic technical understanding or interest in products/services relevant to the company’s fieldCommitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced environmentBe set up and living in Spain, with your NIE and remote work set up.OFFER:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceWorking schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-18hrBe part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach career potential.
