This position is adecuado for individuals who are passionate about finance and dedicated to providing excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients.Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to their financial accounts, products, and services. Provide support in resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services offered by the company. Document all customer interactions accurately and update customer records as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve customer experience.



Adhere to company policies and regulations while maintaining confidentiality. Requirements Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or banking sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
