In this role you lead regional commercial execution for Western Europe within DuPont Water Solutions, turning regional strategy into actionable plans across customers and channels. You will own revenue, margin, and pipeline metrics, ensure forecast integrity, and drive demand generation while leading the account-management team.

The position focuses on profitable growth, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined execution to deliver sustainable regional results. You will work closely with marketing, TSu0026amp;D, demand planning, and product management to shape value propositions and accelerate opportunities.

- Translate regional marketing plans into executable commercial priorities with measurable outcomes
- Own Salesforce.com-based account plans, ensuring alignment to revenue, margin, and pipeline targets
- Lead channel strategy and performance, improving coverage and distributor productivity
- Coordinate with demand planning, marketing, and product management to remove barriers and accelerate conversions
- Steer product/service mix, pricing,



and margin actions to meet growth and profitability goals
- Manage the commercial operating cadence (pipeline reviews, demand-gen routines, etc.) and ensure action follow-through
- Build new business by targeting white space, new customers, and high-value segments
- Maintain Salesforce.com data quality and ensure timely, accurate opportunity management
- Develop senior-level relationships with end users, OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and others to drive demand and win chances
- Balance near-term revenue execution with longer-term pipeline creation to support strategic growth

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor
- MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
- Experience leading commercial teams in complex, project-based or technical markets
- Strong CRM discipline and financial acumen
- Negotiation, prioritization, persuasion, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Intra-EMEA travel up to 35%
