In this role you drive AI-enabled, data-driven transformation for public-sector clients in Spain, guiding end-to-end value realization on the Celonis Platform. You work with cross-functional teams to shape AI-powered roadmaps, ensure platform adoption, and deliver ROI through strategic deployments.

You will balance consulting, program management, and technical outputs to solve complex public administration challenges. This is a mission-driven opportunity to scale Celonis’ value across multi-region programs while advancing public-sector use cases.

- Provide feedback to Ru0026D on evolving customer use cases and help shape expansion roadmaps

Responsabilidades





- 5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle) with AI-fluent operational approach
- Builder mentality to set direction within an account team and proactively ideate high-impact solutions
- Proven track record in process improvement and value realization
- Experience orchestrating multi-region or multi-unit transformation programs and securing VP/Director sponsorship
- Fluent English and Spanish with strong executive presence
- Deep understanding of Public Sector trends and ongoing learning of critical use cases
- Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related technical degree (or Business/Economics with technical minor)
