Experteer Overview

In this role, you will design and build AI-driven solutions to accelerate software delivery and automate engineering processes. You will work within the CDAIO AI Tech team in Madrid to shape architectures, implement AI-enabled SDLC improvements, and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.

You’ll tackle scalable, secure cloud architectures and lead innovation in AI-enabled software engineering. This position offers the chance to impact one of the world’s largest banks through cutting-edge technology.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and develop deterministic agents and intelligent automation systems for software engineering use cases
- Implement AI-powered solutions to automate SDLC activities (code generation/review, automated testing, documentation, CI/CD, observability)
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards
- Develop modern backend and frontend applications
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise platforms and workflows
- Define and promote best practices in software engineering, security, observability, and automation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and business domains




- Lead innovation initiatives related to AI-enabled software engineering
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tooling

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering
- Experience across software architecture, backend/frontend development, testing, deployment, Dev Ops, operations
- Hands-on with deterministic agents, automated workflows, AI-based systems
- Docker and Kubernetes with microservices orchestration
- Cloud experience (AWS or GCP) with cost optimization and security best practices
- CI/CD implementation experience (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, etc.)
- Familiarity with ML workflows and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sage Maker, Vertex AI)
- BSc in Computer Science or related field
- Cloud platform certifications favored
- Spanish proficiency; high level English preferred
- Strong backend/frontend/API/Dev Ops/observability tooling skills
